The Harvest 

In order to make sure that the cup of coffee will have a good aroma and preserves the balance between acidity and body, strict hand coffee picking of only the ripe red coffee cherries is accomplished in both our farm and the neighboring producers.

Processing and Milling

We have an Ecological micro mill that avoids coffee quality deterioration at all times and protects the environment as a result of controlled water usage and the appropriate disposal of organic waste. Sun drying of the beans is a very important cleansing aspect in behalf of the product since no fossil fuel combustibles are used, thus avoiding any risk of endangering the forest
around our production plant.

Roasting

Our mid roast surely achieves the maximum exquisite features of our coffee such as a pleasant fruity aroma, balanced acidity and body.
